OUR APPROACH
With over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, I personally guide clients through every phase of the project, from the initial schematic and budgeting stages to the final closeout. I specialize in master budgeting and work with the most talented subcontractors and suppliers to provide educated, accurate estimates that help architects, designers, and clients make informed decisions. I’m involved in all aspects of the project, including contracts, project oversight, cost analysis, change order management, and job cost tracking. I collaborate with a highly reputable accounting firm to ensure that all bookkeeping and billing services are handled with precision, allowing me to focus on delivering quality results. Additionally, I take pride in managing all closeout and warranty services directly to ensure clients receive comprehensive support even after project completion.

A native of Alabama and a graduate of Auburn’s Building Science Program, Michael Murray has always been fascinated with the creation of place. Combining his twenty years of experience in the construction industry with a diverse skillset, Michael has culminated a strong foundation in construction principles and project management.
After graduating from Auburn, Michael combined his early work experience building custom homes and academic background to land an opportunity as a project manager in Nashville, overseeing the completion of luxury multifamily residential, commercial, and institutional facilities. Receiving his LEED Accreditation in 2008, Michael developed a keen sensitivity to the role of sustainable practices in architecture and construction that allowed him to oversee commercial LEED certified projects.
Following his tenure as a project manager, he was able to incorporate these teachings with a lifelong passion for nature and architecture in his unique approach to custom home building. In keeping with his strong foundation of principles, Michael blazed a new trail in Auburn, Alabama to develop and masterplan a low environmental impact community, The Dakota. Working in partnership with the state’s leading architects and designers, Michael led a team to craft 16 custom residences and community spaces.
